The passion for cooking can lead to incredible journeys. After many years working in an office position in Vietnam, I came to the U.S. with a dream in my heart. My deep love for Vietnamese products and the joy of sharing our cuisine with international friends, combined with a budding interest in business, inspired me to start Gà Nướng Ngũ Vị in my late 30s.

What began as a small home business in a tiny private kitchen has grown into something so much more. Today, we’re ready to take a bigger step into the market, fueled by the dream of bringing the rich, flavorful heritage of Vietnamese cuisine to the global stage.
